I use this soup when I am making a roast in the crock pot. One half can on the bottom, then the pork or beef roast and the remainder of the can on top. (Or pieces of chicken do nicely too._ Doesn't get any easier than this, and the soup comes out more like a gravy which is really tasty. Most highly recommended and delivered to my door. Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup Really is Mmm Mmm Good!
I am addicted to Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup, so I did not hesitate to order this set of four cans. When they arrived, I emtpied all four cans into my 2-quart saucepan, added two cans of cream and two of milk, added some asparagus tips, and had me some fabulous bowls of soup even though it was no longer cold weather in Tucson. The soup has that delicate flavor I like in mushrooms, and the sauce is always smooth and velvety. Yes, I'd like more mushrooms than come with it, but for myself, it can't be beat.

Mahhhhvelous when baking roast beast. :D
My favorite way to use this classic is to either season a beef roast heavily with herbs and spices I have on hand or to toss dry-soup mix onto it. Then I spread the can of mushroom soup over the top and bake. The sauce generated in the oven is the best part. A great moistening and flavoring addition!

I love this soup! It comes in a great package! It tastes delicious. there are sometimes recipes on the can. If you run out of ideas, you can just mix it in to ANYTHING. its so yummy. it will not disappoint

Always good. Add Cream of mushroom soup to some Lipton onion soup mix, cover a pot roast with the mixture and stick it in the oven or a crock pot, its the best gravy EVER!
